Pasta bolognese with soya instead of beef. Actually I made this with soya for the first time and I did quite like it, plus its nice knowing its a healthier option. Or maybe it tasted alright because I went absolutely crazy with the seasoning? Hmm.. I guess I'll just have to serve it to a few people who'll act as guinea pigs and see what they say...

Ha, look at the basil leaf! That's how Jamie-ishy it's going to get tonight I'm afraid.
